ان تزيد صلواتك ومزاميرك وتتدرب على الصلاة بعمق وروحانية مع تدريب على الصلوات القصيرة المتكررة والصلوات القلبية وثق ان التأثير الروحى لهذا سيكون عميقا جدا ولا يمكن ان تحارب بالفتور مع تداريب الصلاة +
