الروح فى العبادة وفى التقرب إلى الله . كما أننا يا ابنى فى حرب دائمة مع الشياطين لذلك فنحن فى حاجة دائمة إلى الأسلحة الروحية المختلفة لمقاومتهم ومن هذه الأسلحة الصوم لذلك يجب التعود على أوقات الصوم فى
